Our beef comes to us from Ferme Bouffard et Fils (Ayer's Cliff, Estrie) and is aged on site in Beau Mont, generally between 40 and 80 days
The Bouffard family has been in beef production since 1992 and raises Angus, Charolais, Simmental, Limousin, Herford, Blonde d'Aquitaine beef and also several crossbreeds
The selected animals feed on fodder, silage and grains, the majority of these foods are produced on the family farm
