The menu includes 2 merguez sausages made with lamb shoulder meat from Bio Rousseau farm in Saint-Gabriel de Rimouski (Bas-Saint-Laurent). Bio Rousseau is one of the few organic lamb farms in Quebec. The saddle of lamb also comes from the organic farm Bio Rousseau
The menu also includes two Quebec haskap berry mousse and angelica syrup desserts
Can be accompanied by asparagus and gribiche sauce and chimichurri sauce as an extra!
