    • Our smoked bacon is prepared on site in the Beau Mont kitchen. Porc de Beaurivage in St-Patrice-de-Beaurivage (Lotbinière) has been a small family business since 1994. Their pigs are raised without by-products, without hormones and fed on 100% vegetable grain.
